In addition to the 28 days of statutory leave, we have a company holiday for our annual party plus an extra day for everyone on their birthday! All holidays are paid with service charge.

To support our new Blacklock parents when they are having a baby we are offering an enhanced leave. It’s full basic pay(!) for the first 12 weeks of maternity/adoption and 2 weeks for paternity leave.

Every year, we close the restaurants for the day and get together for our day-long festival to celebrate hard work and personal achievements, and generally have a rare old time. It's a day full of great food and drink (obviously), games (a little healthy competition), fantastic music and general great vibes.
There's usually a theme which you can get as involved in as you like, but it's become a permanent fixture in the Blacklock calendar that we all look forward to with year-long anticipation. Need another reason to celebrate? It's a fully paid day so all you have to do is turn up, let your hair down and have fun.
