Big Chops at Butcher's Prices
It's often an unpopular opinion, but we LOVE Mondays.
Why? Because at the start of every week, we serve our Big Chops – think Porterhouse, Prime Rib, and other door-stop-thick cuts fit for two to share – at the same price you’d pay your local butcher. At just £7.50 per 100g.
So, every Monday in London and Manchester, all of our Big Chops are available to enjoy at a snip of the price. We write the weights up on the boards and cross them off as we go. Once they're gone, they're gone. Great value, kind to your wallet and cooked to order without all the hassle of washing up.
There's no hidden catch or strings attached. We only advise booking ahead as it can get busy!

A Handy User's Guide
Butcher Price Monday is our weekly ode to incredible steak, at great value. It started in London and has become a much-loved Monday ritual across all our restaurants.
- Every Monday in Blacklock Soho, City, Shoreditch, Covent Garden, Canary Wharf and Manchester
- Available all day, for lunch & dinner
- £7.50 per 100g rather than the usual £10
- Big Chops include: Prime Rib, Porterhouse, Bone-in Sirloin, Lamb Rump
- We advise booking ahead as it does get busy! We do always try to keep a couple of tables back the more sporadic among us who’d prefer to walk-in, when the time is right.
First Time?
A Few Handy Tips
If this is your first time trying one of our Big Chops, we’ve got you. Those slightly thicker cuts like a touch more time on the coals, so why not order a Pigs Head on Toast to start. It’s comfort food at its finest, doused liberally in gravy, and a proper way to whet your appetite while eagerly awaiting the main event. Trust when we say, it’s a love-at-first-bite kind of thing.
And lastly, if you fancy bringing along a special bottle you’ve had gathering dust at home, to make it a Monday to remember (or not as the case may be!), corkage is just £10 a bottle (as it is every day of the week). Just let the team know on arrival and we’ll take care of the rest!
