Very few drinks ease this seasonal shift quite like a Negroni.

From now until the 27th, we’re joining bars and restaurants around the world for Negroni Week – raising a glass in collaboration with Campari, and more importantly, raising awareness for Slow Food, a charity that works to ensure food has a future.

While you can’t fault a classic, we’ve been crafting a couple of our own behind the bar for an exclusive one-week-only menu. And because we like to keep things interesting, there’s even the chance to roll the dice and leave your Negroni fate in the hands of chance, should you dare.

A Negroni is ridiculously delicious. Made tastier for charity.

Out and about

We’re rather fond of ours but there are plenty of very good Negroni’s being stirred by friends further afield.

In Birmingham, if you don’t already know Couch, we really do think you should. We’re big fans of everything they do, and very confident you’ll be in good hands if you ask them for a Negroni.

In Manchester, you’re always in safe hands at Stray or the renowned Schofield’s Bar, who are rather excitingly opening in Soho soon.

And back in London, Three Sheets is always worth a visit, whether you find yourself in Dalston or Soho, while our friends at Satan’s Whiskers will never steer you wrong.

And if the restaurants are looking a little busy, pull up a stool at our bar and join us straight after work, skipping the rush-hour mayhem, or come the end of the night, settling in for a gentle nightcap.

Chop Love,

Blacklock.
