Nothing says Christmas at Blacklock quite like the timely return of our Christmas Sandwich
This year, the anticipated return of Christmas in a Bun took a slightly competitive turn, resulting in the re-creation of our classic staple, and our favourite, most lip-smacking recipe to date!
A veritable festive feast to make Rudolph double-take, it’s time to gather friends and family this holiday season and fill your winter boots with this Camembert-stuffed pork patty from Philip Warren topped with pulled turkey in gravy, spiced cranberry ketchup and crispy-smoked streaky bacon, all neatly nestled in a brioche bun.
Following our recent ‘Battle of the Christmas Bun‘ competition, this slight twist on our Christmas classic is the brainchild of head chef Damian from City. After multiple tastings and some incredible entries from all the restaurants, Damian and the City team just pipped the others to the title with this merry masterpiece, and we really can’t wait for you to try it!
