Christmas is in full swing and our Pigs in Blanket and Yuletide Burger have taken up festive residence on our menus!

We’re beyond excited to announce that last night Blacklock City hosted its first-ever Battle of the Bars, a showdown to crown our two top shakers!
This was no ordinary cocktail competition. Our teams were put through a series of high-energy challenges, judged by industry leaders, Mark Wakefield found of Beesou and Fabio Spinetti on their technical skills, free pouring, blind tasting, agility, general and classic cocktail knowledge. Each team finished the night by presenting a signature drink inspired by the spirit of their restaurant’s local neighbourhood!
It was a closely fought contest, but in the end, Blacklock Shoreditch took home the win! Their creative take on a classic Coke Float, combined with an outstanding performance in the general knowledge round, gave them the hair-splitting-edge needed to sprint to the finish line and take the win — earning themselves a well-deserved trip to Bordeaux.
A huge congratulations to all the teams who took part and made the night such a memorable one. Here’s to raising the bar (literally) even higher next time!
