Damson Martini
Gattertop N1 vodka, Beesou Honey Aperitif, damson & walnut

This rich, silky and indulgent cocktail is made with Gattertop. Gattertop work to preserve and protect British orchards, through crafting spirits with natural ingredients from the fruits grown in their family orchard in Hereford.

Bee-Corp Sour 
Sapling Raspberry & Hibiscus vodka, Beesou Honey Aperitif, Seasn light bitters, beetroot

This bright, earthy yet crisp sour is made with Beesou. Beesou is an all natural wine-based aperitif made with raw British honey and supports the awesome charity Bees for Development. Sapling is a British vodka brand on a mission to improve soil health and
tackle climate change one tree for every bottle sold at a time.

The Last Charge 
Pensador Mezcal, Savoia Orancio Aperitivo, elderflower & Double Dutch ginger ale

This Smoky, robustly spiced delight uses Pensador Mezcal. Pensador Mezcal is Mexico’s first B-corp Mezcal and works incredibly close to their charity partner S.A.C.R.E.D to look after sustainable practises within Oaxaca.

Sirens Whisper 
Everleaf Marine Non Alcoholic Spirit, mint, Seasn light bitters & Double Dutch ginger ale

This refreshing, herbaceous uses the aromatic Everleaf at it’s foundation. Everleaf was set up by a conservation biologist turned bartender on a quest to craft botanically rich non-alcoholic aperitifs inspired by nature. Double Dutch, founded by trailblazer-twins Joyce and Raissa work with solely natural ingredients and support fellow female bartenders in the industry

Brew:
Pave the way Pale Ale (330ml)

This beer is produced by Big Hug Brewery and is dedicated to giving back to the community through our shared charity partner, Only A Pavement Away. For every can sold, 5p is donated to this charity, which supports individuals facing homelessness, including those transitioning from prison and vulnerable veterans.
