We’re absolutely delighted to share that Iwona Gradzka is stepping into the role of General Manager at Blacklock Shoreditch – and we couldn’t be prouder.

Iwona has long been a cornerstone of the Blacklock family. Her calm leadership and unwavering support for her teams have made a lasting impact everywhere she’s worked. Shoreditch is in incredibly good hands, and we’re excited to see her make the restaurant truly her own.

Of course, this moment also comes with a bittersweet goodbye.

After 5 brilliant years filled with plenty of Chop Love, Matt will be leaving us to take on an exciting new role in Operations at Slayer and Egg Break in Notting Hill. Matt has been a fantastic part of our story – a leader who showed up with commitment, integrity, and care for both guests and the team. His influence will be felt long after his final shift.

Matt – thank you for all the memories and the teams you’ve helped shape. We’re hugely grateful and incredibly proud to see you take this next step. You’ll always have a place at our tables.
