After years of trying and not being quite happy with the outcome, we finally think we’ve managed to Blacklock a pie!

Just For You in Covent Garden, our STEAK & STILTON PIE is born from our approach to using the whole animal and making something of everything.

Trimmings from Big Chops are teamed with the shoulder and belly and slowly cooked until falling from the bone. Dressed to the 9s in Blacklock Gravy before finding home in a cocoon of warming pastry and fuelled liberally with bone marrow and Colston Basset stilton for added vigour.

A proper pie, that also makes a decadent side!
